5-4-3-2-1 Grounding exercise: clear steps and ideas to bring you back to the present when feeling anxious.

Guided meditation: no need to read or rely on synthetic voice, ideal for focus or letting go of tension.

Safe place: a mental space to visualize your personal refuge.

Relaxing sounds and music

Nature sounds: ocean waves, rain, and forest (one at a time to avoid distraction).

Instrumental music: relaxing keyboard, flute, meditation, piano, and guitar.

Combine them with exercises or enjoy them alone.

Extra tools

Sleep timer: set how long you want the app to run. When it ends, choose whether the app closes automatically or a chime plays.
