Description

The application will allow you to easily and quickly obtain the result of the PolSCORE, SCORE or SCORE2 scale for the criteria set by the user.

The PolSCORE scale is used to assess the risk of death from cardiovascular causes within 10 years. The risk value is expressed as a percentage. The scale is calibrated for evaluation
Polish population. It is used to assess the risk in primary prevention (in people who have not had a heart attack or stroke so far). It should not be used in patients with a history of myocardial infarction, stroke, transient cerebral ischemia, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease.
