iBranch is a business and social network orientated recruitment platform in Africa. Our core mandate is bridge the unemployment gap on a continental scale. To achieve this, we are constantly playing as a match-maker between those with skills and those in need of the attained skills through our revolutionary mobile app.

Our vision is to aid over 1 million African job-seekers to employment, attachment and internship placement by 2030. We are currently holding a Personal Best Record of 36 Placements All Made Within 4 Days to various employers. On such note we are also the Reigning Champions of Botswana Youth Business Expo in the Science and Technology category 2019.

Our online community comprise of Low-Medium-High skilled African Labor Pool. By operating as a Platform, anyone can utilize the iBranch for their staffing and recruitment purposes at their own comfort, stimulating employment creation in the process.

Through our Career Development Program which is housed within the mobile app itself, we are constantly offering Recruiters and HR Practitioners Quality Employees On-Demand.

Our Business Account which is reserved for Companies gives organisations a clear window to opportunities such as tenders on Global Scale.

To ensure our labor is of high quality and standards, we have a Career Development Program in which job-seekers undergo. Alumni of the Program can be visibly seen within the App bearing a verification symbol beside their Profiles.
