- បង្កលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួលដល់អ្នកសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីច្បាប់ មន្ត្រីរាជការ និង សិស្ស-និស្សិត នៅក្នុងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព គុណភាព និង ភាពឆាប់រហ័ស ។

- កម្មវិធី “បណ្ណាល័យតម្រាច្បាប់” គឺជាបណ្ណាល័យចល័តបែបឌីជីថល (E-Library) ដែលយើងទាំងអស់គ្នា អាចទាញយកបានតាមរយៈឧបករណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិក ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធប្រតិបត្តិការ IOS និង Android ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ ។
- ជាកម្មវិធី ដែលមានផ្ទុកនូវទិន្នន័យឯកសារច្បាប់ជាវីដេអូ និង ឯកសារPDF ជាច្រើនសន្ធឹកសន្ធាប់ក្នុងបញ្ជរអាកាស (Cloud Store) នៃកម្មវិធី ដែលធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់មិនចំណាយទំហំផ្ទុកទិន្នន័យឯកសារទាំងនោះក្នុងឧបករណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិករបស់ខ្លួននោះឡើយ ។
