Description
Kakuro Helper is designed for those of us who like to solve Kakuros on a pencil and paper basis. It can also be used for Killer Sudokus.
It provides a mechanism to enter the number of cells in a specific row or column of the puzzle and the target sum for that row or column. It then computes the set of numbers which can satisfy that combination.
In the full version (Kakuro Helper) it is also possible to enter any numbers (existing) you have already solved in the row/column or numbers you wish to be excluded. It will then compute the subset of numbers which satisfy that criteria.
The full version also has the ability to analyse combinations of numbers that have been identified in a group of cells and creates results for all permutations of these numbers. The free version is limited to the production of a simple list of numbers which satisfy the number of cells / target sum combination.
