As a tool to encourage and inspire the youth and other individuals to be compliant and adhere to rules and regulations we have developed an interactive learning computer program. This program covers the first step on route to a driver’s licence which is the Learners Licence.

Starting from the basics of Rules of the Road, Road Signs and Markings, Vehicle controls to preparing yourself for the test at NaTIS all is covered in this application.

This application also have fun and games based on the NaTIS question papers, making it the only application you will need to pass your Namibia NaTIS Learner Licence exams.
