An AI-backed clinical risk calculator, providing detailed risk-prediction algorithms that support early intervention and prevention of AKI. Use of the device helps front-line medical staff develop and maintain a personalised care plan for each patient, by risk stratifying the patient's probability of developing an acute kidney injury (AKI) both on admission and during their hospital stay.

COMPASS HAP
An AI-backed clinical risk calculator similar to the COMPASS AKI that helps front line medical staff develop and maintain a personalised care plan for each patient, by risk stratifying the patient's probability of developing Hospital-acquired Pneumonia (HAP) both on admission and during their hospital stay.

COMPASS AUR
An AI-backed clinical risk calculator based on the post-operative Urinary Retention Checklists helps medical staff develop a personalised care plan for each patient. Use can help reduce the probability of 'post-operative catheter injury' and acute urinary retention/ urinary tract infections.

COMPASS Pre-Op
Pre-Operative Assessment and Informed Consent.
A clinician will use this system for pre-admission assessment prior to elective surgery, or during an emergency surgical admission, to calculate risk-adjusted probabilities of mortality and complications specific to the proposed operation, including the likelihood of particular complications, and tailored to the patient's unique circumstances. Use enables optimising each patient's care pathway and gaining informed patient consent to reduce complaints and medical negligence claims.

COMPASS Pre-Op considers over four billion possible combinations of surgery type, physiology, and co-morbidity. It calculates individualised mortality & morbidity risk scores. It generates a personalised report that fully informs the patient of their risks and possible complications supporting the guidelines set out in the Montgomery Ruling.

Data privacy notice: No sensitive personal information is either captured or stored using COMPASS Point of Care. Therefore, the App is suitable for clinicians to download and use on personal mobile devices
