Auður provides services only online, but by offering limited services, Auður manages to keep costs to a minimum and thus create scope to offer customers better growth on their savings.
With Auður, you can get a savings account that is unrestricted and therefore always available for withdrawal. Fixed-rate accounts are also available that carry even higher interest rates. Interest is paid monthly from all of Auður's accounts.
To activate the Auður app, log in with your electronic ID.
In the Auður app you can, among other things:
Transfer money to your disposable account
- See the status of your savings
- Create restricted accounts
- See earned interest income
- See account statement
- Change your current account
- Calculate estimated interest income
