This [Electronic Signature Bank K] application is operated so that KB Kookmin Bank customers who have access to [KB Star Banking] can proceed with the electronic signature required for real estate mortgage loans on their smartphone.

How to use [Digital Signature Bank K]

1. Pre-installation of KB Star Banking and Electronic Signature Bank K application

2. In the [KB Star Banking] application, log in with a joint certificate (formerly certified certificate) and go to "Loan>Status>Collateral Loan Electronic Signature".

3. [KB Star Banking] If you click the electronic signature in the mortgage electronic signature, this application is driven.

4. After running this [Digital Signature Bank K] application, log in with a joint certificate registered with KB Kookmin Bank (formerly public certificate).

5. If you check the registered documents (setting contract, power of attorney) and digitally sign a joint certificate (formerly public certificate), you can confirm the completion of the signature.

6. After completing the digital signature, select [Return to KB Star Banking].

7. [KB Star Banking] You can view the results of the electronic signature in the application.


※ If the collateral provider is a corporation, you cannot use this application.
