The application has the patronage of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Kosmopedia provides access to information on nearly 30,000 cosmetic ingredients, prepared in a way that is understandable for the user. You will find in it not only the common names of the substances and their origin, but also the functions they can perform in products. Importantly, all information is based on the latest scientific data, without unconfirmed beliefs, pseudoscientific myths or paid orders. The application is created by a team of cosmetic experts of the Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry.

Cosmopedia will provide you with reliable information that is necessary to make a free and informed purchasing choice!

The application gives you the opportunity not only to check the product at the store shelf, but also to search the database for a specific ingredient or check the composition copied, for example, from the manufacturer's website. You can also create your own ingredient lists or alerts for e.g. allergies. In addition, in the application you will find current articles from the world of cosmetics, published on Kosmopedia.org.
