The “Korea University of Technology and Education Helpline” enables anonymous reporting and compliance inquiry on the helpline conveniently in real time anytime, anywhere, and it is also possible to check the progress and processing of reports and inquiries and follow-up reports.




★ Features of the "Korea University of Technology and Education Helpline" app

-It is operated by an independent third party company (Red Whistle) to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.




★ Matters that apply to this helpline

1. Guaranteed anonymity

This system does not generate or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be tracked and anonymity is guaranteed.


2. Security enhancement

Firewall, hardware web firewall, intrusion detection system (IPS) is applied to this system, and security control is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


3. Report storage and access rights

Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle's security server for safety, and can only be accessed by auditors who have the authority to process reports.




★ Caution

After submitting the report or questionnaire, be sure to take a note of the unique number assigned, and check the response and progress of the person in charge of the auditor through confirmation of processing after a few days.

Be careful not to expose yourself. When filling out the report, be careful not to reveal circumstances in which you can guess who you are.
