〔main function〕
① Check your bank account – Check the deposit and withdrawal accounts of Kwangju Bank and other banks.
② ID photo shoot and copy submission – After ID photo is taken, the copy submission is completed automatically without clicking a button. However, only resident registration card and driver's license are accepted.
③ Video call – Upon customer request, we conduct non-face-to-face real-name verification through a video call with a counselor. (Confirmation of ID card and customer face) However, consultation is available only on bank business days (weekdays 9:00 to 18:00).
