[Android OS Security Change Policy]
- Since Android OS 11 and higher do not store joint certificates in the smartphone's public folder (NPKI), your existing joint certificate may not be visible.
- Please reissue your joint certificate or transfer the certificate saved on your PC to the app.

[Device and Authentication Method Policy]
- For safe and convenient financial services, this service is only available on one registered app.
- We provide safe and convenient services using mobile phone OTP, replacing security cards.
- For secure financial transactions, service access is restricted on "rooted" devices.

[Information on access permissions required for app use]
- Phone (Required): Collects and uses phone numbers to maintain device authentication and for video call authentication.
- App Usage Information (Required): Used to detect potentially threatening apps installed on the device to prevent financial fraud.
- Contacts (Optional): Used to send money to contacts in the device's address book.
- Camera (Optional): Used to take a photo of your ID and submit required documents for non-face-to-face real-name verification.
- Storage (Optional): Used to read, save, and delete certificates, and to save images and photos.
