Argo Floats

Description

Argo is an international program that uses profiling floats to observe ocean's properties, it has been operational since the early 2000s. Communicating about Argo to the general public is more and more present in the projects. To make that easier, we developed a smartphone app as a simple outreach tool. Here's what you can do with it :
- Explore the global network
- Access floats profiles data
- Access historical trajectories of floats, and their profiles data
- Add floats to your favorites so you can find them later
- You can find all your saved floats in your "fleet"
- You can also search a float by its platform number (wmo) in the entire argo database
- You can find usefull informations and links about the argo program
