Terms and Conditions
1) JAC Employee application is only to add Influencers Eg. Carpenters, Polishers and Contractors.
2) Call centre facility is available from 10.00 AM TO 6.00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Except on Gazetted
Holidays.
3) Company reserved the right to register in Achievers Club Programme.
4) Accumulated Jivanjor points are valid till 31st March 2020.
5) Accumulated Jivanjor points should be redeemed by 31st March 2020.
6) Image of the gifts are visual representation, the actual prize may differ.
7) Company reserves the right to change the mentioned slabs/gift to other products/gifts.
8) Gift Redemption can only done by eligible influencer with complete KYC.
9) Influencer can claim more than one gift if they have sufficient balance.
10) One Redemption is initiated it cannot be change or cancel.
11) Company do not take any warranty / guarantee of the gift articles once received by Influencer, However
Manufacturer warranty will be applicable on selected products
12) In case of any feedback on gifts received, please inform call centre within 3 days and do not accept any
gift if packaging or product is damaged.
13) The rewards under the programme are not encashable.
14) Company reserves the right to modify/withdraw the programme without prior notice.
15) All disputes are subjected to Noida jurisdiction only.
