The JTC Education booking app allows parents and students to book lessons with tutors more seamlessly than ever.

Features include:

Booking a lesson: Find your ideal tutor more quickly than ever through filtering by level, subject and availability.
Lessons schedule: Never lose track of which lessons are happening when, where, and with which tutor.
Balance screen: Keep on top of how your tutoring budget is being managed.
Follow-up notes: Easily access follow-up notes from each lesson through the app or via email.
Weekly-recurring slots: Reserve a weekly lesson and let our app take charge of rebooking the same day and time for you each week.
Parent-Student connections: Link with your child and manage or delegate their bookings.
Promotional credit packages: Be rewarded for working hard by receiving bonus credit when purchasing credit packages in the top-up page.

How to use our app?

After sign-up, parents/guardians may purchase booking credits from the ‘balance’ page and link their account with their children through the ‘Manage Children’ tab. After doing this, parents/guardians may manage their own childrens’ schedules or choose to delegate all scheduling to the children themselves.

Provided a parent/guardian has enough balance, a lesson request may be sent to any tutor at any time through the ‘Book a Lesson’ page. If your tutor is certain they can help, they’ll accept your lesson and it will appear as confirmed in your ‘My Lessons’ page.

Note: Our app will always keep track of your balance, and in the rare scenario that a tutor should need to decline/cancel your request, you can rest assured that you will always be refunded in full.

Details for all lessons (meeting links, emails and cancellation buttons) can always be found by clicking on a lesson in the ‘My Lessons’ page. Our cancellation policy means that confirmed lessons cancelled with <24 hours notice are the only lessons that cannot be refunded.





Finally, under settings, users may choose which notifications and reminders to receive when: 15-minute reminders, lesson confirmations, follow-up notes, top-up reminders, and much more.
