Jeffery Taxi Driver’s App, in collaboration with Jeffery Taxi, provides an innovative
mobile application that enables taxi drivers to receive direct transportation requests
from customers.
Ready to become a chauffeur with Jeffery Taxi? Simply follow the steps below:
1. REGISTRATION:
a. To begin, download the app on the phone provided by the company.
b. Open the app.
c. Create your own profile.
d. Agree to the Terms & Conditions
e. Upon completing your registration, please await verification and approval by the
Admin team.
f. Submit the requested documents to the Admin team.
2. EXECUTING BOOKINGS:
a. Before accepting ride requests, make sure you are logged into the app and set
your status to ‘online’.
b. Await transportation requests from clients.
c. To accept a ride, click the ‘Accept Ride’ button.
d. To initiate the process, submit the vehicle release form via the app and await
approval from the Admin team.
e. Upon receiving approval, obtain release clearance from the security guard and
secure their signature.
f. Upon receiving a ride request, follow the directions provided by the in-built GPS
within the app to arrive at the pick-up location.
g. Upon reaching the destination, notify the rider by selecting the ‘Arrived at
Destination’ option.
h. Upon the rider’s arrival, select ‘Start Ride’ and follow the directions to the drop-off
location.
i. Upon arriving at the destination, select ‘Finish Ride’ to automatically calculate the
payment due.
j. Upon collecting payment, select ‘Payment Received’ and provide feedback on the
ride.
k. Await the next rider request.
