My Cumberland is a mobile app that enables you to report issues to Cumberland Council.

You can attach photos, video and other relevant information to your report and pinpoint the exact location with easy-to-use maps.

Your report will be received by the Customer Services team and then forwarded to the relevant department which will deal with it. You’ll be kept fully informed along the way.

- Submit a service request, apply for or book a service
- Receive information about your submitted report by push notification or email
- View your submitted reports
- Add notes to existing reports
- Links to our website, eg. council tax bands, planning applications, jobs, etc.

What you can report
You can submit reports for things including :
• Dumped rubbish
• Abandoned vehicles
• Dog mess
• Litter
• Damaged litter bin
• Stray dog
• Discarded syringes.

You can also make a complaint, report a missed bin collection or request a new container if yours is lost or badly damaged.
