Quit Smoking Tracker Advanced provides quitting smokers with a very simple interface for keeping track of progress since their last smoke. Once the app has been installed, clicking the "Start Tracking" button will start the tracking mechanism and display the user's progress in seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, and years.
For those who relapse, a "Reset" button has been included to reset the progress tracker so that the user can start over when they're ready. Clicking the reset button will open a confirmation dialogue that requests user confirmation to reset the tracking data. This feature has been included in order to help prevent users from accidentally resetting their progress data.
Once the app is installed and tracking has been initiated by the user, there is no need to keep the app open in order for it to continue tracking progress. To view progress, simply reopen the app and view the data that is displayed.
If for whatever reason the user wishes to pause the tracker, the "Start Tracking" button transforms into a "Pause Tracking" button once tracking has started. Clicking the pause button allows for progress tracking to be temporarily halted. Clicking the button again will resume progress tracking.
