Description
PNB SARAL mobile application is an internal mobile app for PNB Employee and Authorized Direct Selling Agents (DSA)/ Partner Selling Agent (PSA) for sourcing of PNB Credit Card Applications.
Highlights: -
1. PNB Staff & Agent Registration: -
a. Bank staff and Authorized DSA/PSA Agent has to register themselves on PNB SARAL Application.
2. PNB Credit Card Application Sourcing: -
a. Authorized agents can login to the Application with mPIN (4 digit) and use Add Customer option to on-board PNB Credit Customer.
b. Use Edit / Retrieve Customer option to edit or retrieve already raised Ongoing or Completed application.
c. Application can be tracked using Track Application Status link.
