Your personal account provides the following options:
- view registration data about the personal account that is used when making accruals
- view the history of accruals and payments;
- transmit meter readings;
- make online payments;
- independently generate and print receipts;
- connect and control several personal accounts.
These features allow you to:
- analyze accruals and payments;
- carry out prompt transmission of readings (from the 20th to the 25th of each month);
- make a one-time payment for services, get acquainted with the amount to be paid, and make the payment before receiving a paper receipt;
- if residents have more than one apartment, or there is a need to provide assistance to their loved ones who do not have the opportunity to independently use online services, the personal account of PJSC DEK allows you to maintain several personal accounts.
