"Are you all right?" is a suicide prevention application that aims to disseminate information on the subject in addition to offering emotional support tools such as the gratitude diary, list of reasons to live, motivational notifications and allowing the person to use the app to make free calls to the CVV - Life Valuation Center. It is important to note that the application has no connection with the institution and also does not replace medical and specialized professional help.
