Description

BEA is a public service offer tailored to Meinerzhagen and the district of Valbert. It is provided by the MVG Märkische Verkehrsgesellschaft GmbH. The BEA shuttle buses drive in Valbert and connect Valbert and Meinerzhagen – in a flexible way and without fixed schedules. BEA stands for Bestellen (order). Einsteigen (get in). Ankommen (arrive). And that’s how this service works:

You only have to register once in the BEA app and are mobile right away! Using the app you can easily order your journey with one of our BEA shuttle buses: enter your start and destination address and the BEA app directly shows which shuttle you will be taking, when it will arrive, and how much it is. Now you only have to book and pay automatically via SEPA direct debit, credit card, Google Pay or Paypal, and hop in at your requested time. BEA is integrated into the tariff Westfalentarif. Passengers who already have a public service ticket (e.g., ZeitTicket or a monthly ticket) do not have to cover any additional costs!

You can use BEA on working days between 5 am and midnight, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 7 am and midnight! The app shows you where your shuttle picks you up. You are not bound to the traditional stops, there are many additional virtual stops for getting on and off the shuttle. As long as you are waiting you can follow your shuttle virtually, seeing its current location and estimated time of arrival. After getting on the shuttle your BEA shuttle directly brings you to your chosen destination. In case other passengers book journeys with a similar destination, your requests are combined to one drive. After arrival you can provide feedback via the app.
