IOI Mesra provides users an alternative channel towards concrete, collective and focused actions in recognising the dignity of each individual as well as to review progress in addressing every living condition and human rights issue; enhancing the effectiveness of current practices.
WHY USE IOI MESRA?
•One-stop app for users to submit complaints or highlight an issue;
•Available in eight (8) built-in multi-language translator including Bahasa Malaysia, Bengali, Burmese, English, Hindi, Indonesian, Nepali and Tagalog;
•Get notifications to monitor progress for dispute resolution on real-time basis.
WITH IOI MESRA, YOU CAN:
• Create a User ID by registering an account or lodge a complaint anonymously via the mobile app; and
• Take photos and/or record videos and/or voice messages in real-time or upload them pre-recorded at your convenience.
