BNI Life Mobile is here for you to make it easy and get information for participants in Group Health Insurance, or Optima Group Health (OGH) who are active and registered in the membership data of PT. BNI Life Insurance.

BNI Life Mobile displays 4 (four) main menus, namely My Claim, Provider List, Membership and Benefit. There are also several additional menus, namely Info, Help, Message and Account.

The menu on BNI Life Mobile consists of:
 Provider List
Is a menu to get information related to Providers including:
o List of partner providers
o The address of the partner provider
o Tariffs from partner providers
 Membership
This is a menu to get information related to membership or participation from core participants and families in the form of:
o Participant and Family Virtual Card
o Membership Information
 Benefit
This is a menu to get information related to benefits or benefits owned by participants and their families per year without displaying the remaining limits of these benefits or benefits
 My Claim
This is a menu for submitting claims via digital or commonly known as Digiclaim with the following conditions:
o Claim Reimbursement
o Application nominal up to IDR 5,000,000
o Group Health Insurance Products, or Optima Group Health (OGH) Conventional and Sharia
o Submission of New Claims and Completion of Claims
o The claim process follows the applicable Terms and Conditions
