Description
This is for busy individuals who want to gain the extra edge physically and mentally and don't want to waste time and energy macro counting and planning exercise sessions that don't yield lasting results.
Hi, I'm Scott, a physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach who has a passion for optimal human performance and well-being.
Once you're done working with the Challenge, you will have a set of everyday practices you can maintain to optimise your physical and mental performance and well-being.
I'll take you through a proven curriculum that I've built based on high performance coaching, nutrition coaching, motivational interviewing and 100s of hours of research on human performance, longevity, happiness and behavioural psychology, since I found that none of other coaching programs were truly addressing the human being as a multi-dimensional individual.
I call my approach the Strong Body Strong Mind Challenge. It is a progressive 6 weeks program that will optimise your biological potential through Minimal Effective Doses (MED) of physical and mental practices.
Most assume that "minimal" is easy. It is minimalistic, but definitely not easy.
Working together, we will address these areas:
1) Establish a regular, sustainable exercise routine.
2) Meal plans and shopping lists to take the thinking out of healthy eating.
3) Mental health practices to ensure that you control your your thoughts and emotions.
4) Optimise sleep.
5) Identify and work on what truly makes you happy
After the program subscribe to my Optimizers membership to keep the resources and practices that you can implement after the Challenge
The process is getting my clients phenomenal results, because it forces them to address the areas of their lives that they haven't confronted before.
Most say that they wish they asked those questions earlier...
If you doubt the value of going through the process like that, thanks for reading and disqualifying yourself.
I could go on and on about how living a life of unregulated emotions, lack of exercise and poor eating is painful and unfulfilling, how most chronic diseases stem from lack of physical activity, stress and lack of self-care and how they end up costing tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars in health care in the future... But I'll stop here.
So if you're willing to get uncomfortable, put what you know and your ego aside and accept that the process is going to get you to the next level spiritual, mentally and physically...
Well, then shoot me a message. Chances are, you're probably a good fit (since you've gotten this far)
Yours optimally,
Scott
