Mindstream® provides a chance to self reflect by documenting your moods, behaviors and activities throughout each day. This unique template allows for both structured and free response entries, to encourage deeper insight and analysis. Through our tracking system, Mindstream® enables users to recognize cycles and patterns of behavior that may be impacting overall mood and functioning.

Utilize the free version or subscribe to our online therapy services, where you will have access to some of the most highly skilled and respected psychotherapists in the world.

Premium subscription services are available to anyone over the age of 13, with parental consent where applicable. Upon enrollment, you will be matched with one of our very own therapists, who will be available to you as you continue on your own wellness journey. Your therapist will have access to your journal entries to assist in analyzing common themes of behavior and staying connected to your daily happenings.

Subscribers have the ability to send unlimited texts to their therapist through our confidential and HIPAA compliant platform. You will hear back from your therapist at least once a day, five days a week.
