HUGO has partnered with approved smart data collectors to receive and collect the data that is displayed on the smart meter app. Your data is collected only after you provide your consent to receive and access the data. The app also enables you to share your household meter details with everyone in the household.

HUGO is compatible with SMETS 1 and SMETS 2 smart meters from all energy, electricity, and gas providers in the UK including (but not limited to) British Gas, EDF, E.ON, Bulb, Octopus, Scottish Power, OVO, Utilita, and more.

HUGO verifies that you are linked to the shared address through your credit/debit card registered at your address. Your card details remain confidential and encrypted at all times. HUGO cannot and will not use your card information to levy any charges.
