He was born in the Arab Republic of Egypt - Mansoura Governorate, in a village, on January 14, 1958 AD. He grew up in a family that loves religion. He memorized a lot of the Holy Qur’an when he was young, in his first elementary school, and studied regular studies, but his specialization was not in the forensic sciences. And he traveled from Egypt to Yemen in the year 1400 AH, and worked as a teacher in the area of ​​Khawlan, the tribe of Bani Bahloul for three months. The village and others, then a dispute arose between the people due to sectarian fanaticism, and he succeeded in calming the situation between them, then he traveled to the Ma’rib governorate, and his arrival there agreed to open private schools belonging to His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz - may God have mercy on him - in Ma’rib Wadi Ubaidah for Sharia sciences and memorization The Holy Qur’an, numbering about thirty schools, worked as a teacher there for several years, then directed his fellow teachers in their advocacy matters with him teaching, then devoted himself to seeking legal sciences, and took care of the sciences of hadith, jurisprudence and its origins, and in the year 1406 AH, the modern Sheikh Abu Abd al-Rahman Muqbil al-Wadi’i visited - May God have mercy on him - the governorate of Ma’rib, and our Sheikh Abu al-Hasan asked him important questions in the science of hadith, and they were printed in the book “Al-Muqta’id fi Answering Questions of the Term” by Sheikh Muqbil - may God Almighty have mercy on him - and in the year 1409 AH our Sheikh Abu al-Hasan traveled to Dar al-Hadith in Dammaj in the Saada governorate, and stayed With our eminent Sheikh, the great scholar, the father, Abu Abd al-Rahman Muqbil bin Hadi al-Wadi’i, may God have mercy on him, for three months, during which he continued his lessons, and he sat in public and private sessions on matters of public and private da’wah. And he continued to call to God and to write and teach in Dar Al-Hadith in Marib, then his blessed call expanded towards Shabwa, Hadramawt and Al-Jawf, which are provinces adjacent to Marib.
