1st) Presentation page on the cover of the Regulatory Council and letter from the President of this organization.
2º) Presentation page with the nutritional and healthy properties of the cherimoya (text by Maria Isabel Covas).
3rd) Presentation page of the 9 participating restaurants on the Costa Tropical with their respective recipes (photos and texts, some with 1 recipe and others double). Indicate the name and surname of the author of each recipe and always associated with its corresponding restaurant.
