Description

meetMe Application is designed for PMC, it allows you to schedule meetings with a fixed agenda and also review all your meetings. It is developed in 2 applications, one for the citizens and other for the officials.
In the first application the citizens, government and architects can request for meetings according to the availability of the officials, the status of the scheduled meeting can also be viewed in this application. In the second application the government officials can accept, reject, transfer or reschedule the meetings. The availability of the government officials can also be updated by them. In this application internal meetings can be scheduled in groups.
meetMe is a quick and simple way to manage meetings, it enables planning and structuring of meetings efficiently. It helps in saving a lot of time as the date and time is known and nobody has to wait, if there are any cancellations by the officials then a notification about rescheduling or cancellation is sent, hence the meetings can be conducted systematically.
