Bordal was founded in 1962. Currently, we are one of the main manufacturers and exporters of the famous Madeira Embroidery.

In recent years, our biggest challenge and goal was to reinvent Madeira Embroidery. Without losing tradition, we look for art pieces for our times.

With about 40,000 designs, especially in the table, bed and baby segments, using the best linens and cottons. From decoration to collection, all of our products follow strict quality and control processes.

In 2013, the Historical Route of Madeira Embroidery. It provides a visit in several phases of Embroidery, where each visitor can see the manufacturing process live, alongside its history.

As manufacturers that we are, we have a great deal of experience in exporting our products to customers around the world.

Now and always, we work to create timeless pieces that take the 'points' of Madeira Embroidery history from generation to generation.
