Description

This App will enable users to share / report their positive or negative experience or report any safety concerns in real-time from their GPS location based on a pre-determined site in a city or jurisdiction.
Users can add images and / or videos along with text detailing issues to report (dirty facilities, vandalism or other safety issues, graffiti, bad signage, poor lighting) or areas to praise (great customer service, friendly staff etc.) for individual locations.
The app will notify staff in real-time and allow staff at custom locations to receive and respond to users’ concerns in real-time. It will also allow staff to close feedback loop by replying to users (who choose to share their contact info) with the action taken to address their concern.
