Complete translation of the Arbain Nawawi Hadith is the work of Hadratus Sheikh Imam Nawawi.

Arbain Nawawi or Al-Arba'in An-Nawawiyah (Arabic: الأربعون النووية) is a book containing forty-two selected hadith compiled by Imam Nawawi [1]. Arba'in means forty but actually there are forty-two hadith contained in this book. This book along with the book Riyadhus Salihin is considered to be the most famous work of Imam Nawawi and is accepted by Muslims throughout the world. This book is a favorite among students to start memorizing the hadiths of the Prophet before turning to bigger books.

There are several reasons that show the importance of the position of al-arba’in An-Nawawiyah:

Covers most of the affairs and needs of Muslims in the world and in the hereafter both from aqidah, law, sharia, muamalah and morality.
Is a collection of hadith selected prophets, and is jawami'ul kalim who have primacy in a brief and concise discussion.
Its hadiths are a unity which is the scope of Islamic teachings, either half, or a third or a quarter.
Many are used by scholars to teach Muslims and even become the main support in providing an understanding of Islamic teachings so that some scholars concentrate on these hadiths and then give them a more detailed explanation.
