Gyms4Golfers (G4G) is Sydney's first purpose built gym for golfers. We specialise in Golf Fitness. We are Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified and have over 25 years of Strength & Conditioning and Golf Fitness experience.

Use your G4G app to manage your Gyms4Golfers membership. Book a 1-1 Coaching session, secure a spot in any one of our daily Golf Fitness classes or book a session in our Trackman 4 Simulator Bay.

Record and track your progress of our Top 5 G4G Member Appraisals (General Fitness, TPI Screening, Evolt 360 Body Scanning, Superspeed Golf Swing Speed and Trackman Swing Analysis).

View your customised workout program and log your workouts from anywhere with the G4G app! With the G4G app, you'll know exactly what exercises you need to do (with videos to help guide you), how many sets, how many reps along with proposed rest times and tempo.
