Today, as 80 years ago, our baked goods get their excellent flavor and superior freshness through carefully selected ingredients from controlled cultivation in the region. In 1922 our grandfather master baker Wedepohl what makes good bread knew. After kneading the dough, he held a little chat with his customers with the windows open.
