Q Car Cloud is built by the National Cloud Smart Parking Company, a technology-related enterprise of ZTE Security, which is commissioned by the largest government in Taiwan to issue roadside orders and operates off-road parking lots throughout Taiwan, based on the optimization of public parking experience.
