Lotusapp is a script with guided meditations in Icelandic. The app is free of subscription and therefore free of charge to users. The meditations are varied and address the major issues that the modern person faces in everyday life, including stress in work and private life, lack of concentration, anxiety and health problems. Although the meditations are simple in structure, they are an extremely powerful tool to calm the mind, reduce stress and increase the joy of everyday life.

Lotusapp is a gift from the Lotus House meditation school to Icelandic society. The trigger for the app was the view that positive internal transformation of individuals can have a large, positive impact on the environment and that inner self-work is really a key to the transformation of society. The meditations can be suitable for beginners as well as advanced. They are derived from the philosophy of Raja Yoga which aims to increase self-knowledge and thus express the best in the individual.
