Self-verify your vehicle or send photos or documentation related to your accident quickly and easily thanks to the explanations that will guide you throughout the process. The application allows you to take pictures of your vehicle from the mobile device and send them directly to the department in charge of processing the verification or your accident. This application also shows the email addresses and contact numbers of the main departments of Balumba Seguros. With the mobile phone above you can always know how to contact our Travel Assistance, Accident Management or Customer Service departments. In this way, it becomes an essential application for the Balumba Seguros client, having his office in his own pocket. Both the download and the use of the application are totally free.
If you download the app, AECS will process your personal data to check the vehicle or evaluate the material damages produced in minor accidents. The treatment is based on the execution of the contract, the fulfillment of the legal obligation to indemnify and repair the damages of the loss, or the legitimate interest to verify the data and detect the fraud.
