GLS Parcels

Description

With the "GLS Parcels" app, users can manage their GLS parcels to track incoming deliveries and send packages more easily by purchasing shipping labels directly within the app.

TRACK PARCELS

- Track new parcels by entering a parcel number or tracking ID
- Customize parcel details for more straightforward tracking (name and icon)
- Display all tracked parcels (incoming, outgoing, and archived)
- Option to delete tracked parcels
- View detailed parcel and delivery information such as the delivery date and live tracking
- Select a new delivery option for parcels in transit, such as delivering to a neighbor or a local shop
- Track parcels automatically in the app by adding email addresses to your account


SEND PARCELS

- Set up shipping labels by entering parcel details like size, destination country, and sender and recipient information
- Store addresses in the address book to simplify the purchase process
- Make payments via PayPal or credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
- Receive order confirmations and receipts via email
- Print shipping labels at home
- Print shipping labels at the parcel shop using a Mobile parcel label or QR Code
- View all shipping labels (active, inactive, and archived)

SHOPS

- Locate nearby GLS parcel shops (geolocation available)
- Search for parcel shops in a specific location
- View store details such as opening hours and distance

SIGN-UP / LOG-IN

- Register as a new user and retain app-generated data, like tracked parcels and shipping labels
- Log in with an existing GLS account
- Log out of the app, which removes all local data
- Change your account password
- Delete your GLS account and all app data

SETTINGS

- Update your account details
- Establish and modify a "Permanent Leave Permission"
- Offer feedback on the app
- Opt to rate the app
- Report any issues
- Access all legal details about the app

NOTIFICATIONS

- Adjust notification settings in the app preferences
- Receive notifications for your tracked parcels

USER TESTING & ANALYTICS

- Track various user events for quality assurance and product enhancement
- Conduct A/B tests and remote configuration of features to improve the product
