How to SEND a giftable?
Finger tap 1: Browse through our gift catalogue and select one gift to send.
Finger tap 2: Select a lucky recipient from your phone’s contact list
Finger tap 3: Write a personalized message (optional) and pay for your gift.
Simple as that!

How to REDEEM a giftable?
Depending on the gift received, you will have 2 possible ways to redeem your gift.

Option 1 (Redeem online):
Step 1: Go to “My Giftables” (Gift icon in the bottom of your screen) and select the gift you want to redeem.
Step 2: Redeem your giftable by booking it through our app
Step 3: Check your e-mail for a voucher code and confirmation.
Step 4: Enjoy your gift on the date you booked it!

Option 2 (Redeem at the store):
Step 1: Go to the shop where you will redeem your gift. Once there, open the Giftable App.
Step 2: Go to “My Giftables” (Gift icon in the bottom of your screen) and select the gift you want to redeem.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code and show the confirmation screen to the cashier
Step 4: Enjoy your gift!
