Usually, city streets, especially in the big city, can’t be used as racing tracks. Streets are full of motor car and bikes, bus drivers and school bus drivers do their job, helping passengers to reach work or school, people are walking through the streets holding coffee cups… Everything is calm, nobody hasten nowhere.
