Description

aGROSlab TDG, is an "all in one" solution, designed to register and communicate the traceability of transport and the application of livestock waste according to the regulations and technical specifications established by the Department of Agriculture, Branch, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

aGROSlab TDG integrates an electronic device of geolocation and communications fixed to the application team, an app for mobile devices as a user interface and a web platform where the registered transactions are stored, including any incident, allowing to check the traceability of transport and application of cattle droppings.
The object of aGROSLab TDG is to facilitate the fulfillment of the ORDER AAM / 312/2014 and the ORDER ARP / 210/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, by which the criteria for the application of the levels of reduction in the excretion of the Nitrogen in pigs through improved feeding.

aGROSLab TDG includes the following features:
• Assignment of the Fixed Electronic Device.
Each device will be associated with a single means of transport. The device itself will have the identification information of the means of transport:
   - Registration.
   - ROMA number.
• Registration of the Information corresponding to the Point of Origin of the Dejections.
   - Identification of the Applicator (linked to the app)
   - Coordinates and identification of the Point of Origin
   - Date and Time of Loading.
   - Characteristics of the Transported Product.
         · Nitrogen concentration (Kg N / m3)
         · Phosphorus concentration (Kg P2O5 / m3)
         · Transported Volume (m3) or Transported Weight (t)
• Registration of Information corresponding to the Point of Destiny of the Dejections.
   - Coordinates of the Destination Point.
   - Date and Time of the Application or Download.
   - Type and Destination Identification Code (it is resolved automatically by the app)
• Incident Registration and Solution.
The management platform allows the record of the history and therefore the trace of the droppings.
