Description

BuzzStation is the response app for Buzz2Get and allows retailers, car dealerships and restaurants to economically deploy the Buzz2Get sales and customer service solution without the need to invest in sophisticated hardware or integrate with EPoS.

Buzz2Get is a consumer app that allows customers to request help, access specific online information without searching and leave feedback whilst physically on the premises. It is designed as a sales tool to maximise and create opportunities by delivering exceptional customer experience and staff simply being on hand when the customer wants some help.

The BuzzStation provides an alert system and a suite of functions and reports to support operational procedures, incentivisation and an instant Customer Experience feedback channel.
