Forming the menu, we tried to select those dishes that, at first, would be understood by the Muscovites, and, secondly, for the preparation of which used the available domestic products - meat, poultry, vegetables, flour, it has allowed us to provide an acceptable price of the menu. Yes, of course, we have super hits of Chinese food such as "sweet and spicy soup", "chicken kung pao chicken" or "eggplant in garlic sauce."
But the main thing in our menu - authentic Chinese dumplings made of wheat flour; Chinese dishes brazier on live coal; noodle dishes of their own production; Chinese steam healing soups, steamed with the addition of medicinal roots, herbs and berries; dishes in a traditional Taiwanese-style "three glasses" as well as more than 40 items of hot and cold dishes based on meat, poultry, fish, seafood and vegetables.
