The Genertel app is dedicated to the management of quotes and policies purchased with the traditional Genertel.


If your access code is represented by a 7-digit number, this is the right App for you. If, however, your username corresponds to the email chosen when purchasing your policy, download the Genertel + app.



The app that makes your life easier. It allows you to manage Genertel policies and quickly and easily access all services from smartphones and tablets. Your insurance always with you, wherever you are.


Immediate assistance
• You have all the information on your insurance: payment deadlines, coverage included in the policy and class of merit
• Useful numbers: the list of useful numbers for Genertel customers



Useful features
• Digital insurance certificate: you always have the insurance certificate available on your smartphone, valid for traveling with your vehicle
• Alerts Service: to remind you of deadlines and provide you with other important communications relating to your contracts, via push notifications or SMS
• Stop&Go: to suspend and reactivate the insurance free of charge when the vehicle is not in circulation
• Mobile renewal: to renew your Genertel motor insurance with just a few clicks
• Roadside Assistance: you can request the intervention of a tow truck, 24 hours a day, choosing between two methods: speak to an operator (call the dedicated Europ Assistance toll-free number) or "full digital" assistance (select the license plate, send the request and view the arriving tow truck directly on the map)
• Quality Driver: if you have purchased the Quality Driver product you can follow the tracking of the installation of the Quality Driver Box on your vehicle on the app, monitor your driving style, request the location of your car in real time and, in case of theft, immediately call the operations center and receive assistance wherever you are, in Italy and abroad
• Mobile accident report: you can send a car, motorbike and home accident report attaching all the details and photos of the accident
• Location of the SiCura body shop: to locate the nearest affiliated body shop and calculate the route to reach it. You have the telephone number available for immediate contact
• Glass Breakage Assistance: you can book an appointment to repair your car in the Carglass center most convenient for you or at your home
• Request a mobile quote: you can immediately get a quote for your Car, Motorbike, Van, Home, Mortgage, Life, Pension, Savings and Investment insurance. Plus you view all your quotes and can change them whenever you want.



For the functions: Roadside Assistance, Quality Driver, Mobile Accident Report and SiCura Bodywork, it may be necessary to use the phone's GPS position (Genertel customers only).
