Welcome to Sotor G4!
This is Sotor G4 Professional's app for Drivers, Delivery Partners. Service Partners, Servicemen and professionals.

Parterns should not directly create account from app, but apply for onboarding from our portal at : https://g4.business/onboard-g4/ . We will get in touch after receiving form within 7 working days for genuine applications. Partners can also reach us via our Facebook Page.

Drivers, Professionals, Serviceman and Service Partners should contact us via below given contact details to manually create account, and do not try to directly signup through the app.

Do not forget to set yourself online when on field/ when available, to receive new orders and assignments. Partners who are offline on app do not receive new orders.

Partner's whose accounts are approve can use the app to :

✔️Manage Your account.
✔️Manage new orders
✔️View order details
✔️View current tentative balance (Final balance is calculated at the time of payment release manually by billing team)
✔️Update your details.

Note - Rider Partners are responsible for picking up goods from vendors and delivering to customers. G4 only acts as a convenience manager, and delivery partners are not employees of the G4. Delivery partners can join and leave program at any time when they are not already assigned an order by going offline and informing their manager. Payments are released every Friday into the account details provided in the app. Read more in our terms of service.

Service Partners are responsible for maintaining quality of service rendered to customers. Any complaints by customers needs to be handled by service partners alone. Read our terms for service partners for full clarity.
