Our hospital is an exclusive hospital for the National Army with excellent traditions and characteristics. It is an important center for aviation medical research and training in the military formation medicine of the National Army.
The hospital was founded in Kunming in the 27th year of the Republic of China and was named the "Second Air Force Hospital". In July of the 1987th year of the Republic of China, in line with the National Military Organization's lean reconstruction plan, the hospital was expanded into a fourth-level medical unit of the National Military Medical System. It is now named "Kuomintang Zuoying General Hospital Okayama Branch".

Our hospital is located in Gangshan District, Kaohsiung City, between Tainan City and Kaohsiung City.
