The Free Little Minds Meditations
The meditations are based on developing the foundations of a genuine meditation practice that will serve each child well throughout their whole life. Even the meditations for the five and under age group, use a focus on the senses to develop the skills of attention and stillness needed to meditate. The 6-12 years and teenagers also use the ancient and effective techniques of focusing the attention on either the breath or the heart or both - to quiet the mind and allow the body and mind to still and calm. These come from the traditions of China and Tibet and have been well loved and effective meditations for many thousands of years.

Developing a basic understanding and familiarity with these practices, will help your child to feel comfortable and confident with meditation as they grow. Which means they will have an amazing skillset to help them in the years to come, as emotional challenges or stress may arise.

These meditations are great to start right now, even if your child is calm and happy, with no issues whatsoever. Now is the time to start, so they can continue to develop resilience, compassion, improve creativity and focus and keep them feeling great when challenges happen.

About The Founder

Free Little Minds was created by Rochelle Taylor, an AcuEnergetics® Practitioner and Teacher who works with treatment of the body and mind and meditation. She is a mother of two little ones and has a passion for helping children learn the lifelong skills to help them cope with stress, big emotions and all the pressures that come with growing up today. She first learned meditation as a teenager at school and continues her practice over 24 years later. Rochelle’s meditation journey has taken her to India several times to practice various forms of still and active meditations in the ashram environment. She has studied both modern, practical teachings as well as more ancient and esoteric practices. Her focus in the last 16 years has been the meditation teachings of Kevin Niv Farrow and developing mindful and meditation practices for children. In the last 16 years, Rochelle has dedicated herself to helping people with pain and illness and sharing the bio-electrical principles of the human body, that transform our body’s physical and emotional health – including meditation. Rochelle also produced the AcuEnergetics® meditation CD series enlighten on the ancient light body meditation practices and co wrote The Wellness Balance Book and Meditation as Medicine with Kevin Niv Farrow.
