The Inner Job Description (IJD) Mindfulness Practice App is a tool for developing awareness of your thoughts, speech, and actions. By using the IJD App daily to track your habits, your increased awareness can allow you to make positive changes.

The app has been created by FPMT Inc. to help you become happier and more skilful in your daily life, and thereby truly help yourself and others. It includes inspiring quotes from Lama Zopa Rinpoche and Lama Yeshe. It’s an excellent tool for anyone who wants to ensure that their daily work and activities becomes their Dharma practice.

The app is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian or Chinese.

We each have a tremendous opportunity to improve our experience, make our lives meaningful and help those around us. To do that we need to become ‘inner professionals’. Lama Zopa Rinpoche, spiritual director of FPMT, explains the importance of being an inner professional: "It's not sufficient in our life only to know how to do things externally; if you're looking for peace and happiness that is not sufficient, you really need to be a professional inside, you need inner professionalism.
